Scope of Work — Area Breakdown
North Pond MAJOR
Sheet 3 | North Stormwater Pond
- Install Type III silt fence along pond perimeter per FDOT standards
- Install inlet protection at all stormwater inlets
- Construct 5' wide shell maintenance access (4" shell base, grade existing alignment)
- Modify approximately 4 sections of aluminum fence — cut lower pickets for unobstructed flow
- Clear vegetation within proposed grading areas (palms removed & replanted by owner)
- Regrade pond banks to proposed elevations per plan
- Relocate all existing bubblers and M.E.S. to match proposed grades
- Sod pond with St. Augustine sod including bottom
- Install stabilized access point for construction equipment

South Pond MOST COMPLEX
Sheet 4 | South Stormwater Pond
- Replace damaged control structure concrete top at south pond
- Replace steel grate frame (reuse existing steel grate)
- Protect oak tree at northwest corner with barricades
- Professional arborist to trim oak tree & perform root trimming near excavation
- Owner to remove and replant 3 palms located east of curb inlet
- Clear all other vegetation within proposed grading areas
- Regrade pond banks to proposed elevations per plan
- Relocate all existing bubblers and M.E.S. to match proposed grades
- Sod pond laterals and banks with St. Augustine (bottom of south pond excluded per Addendum #1)

Laterals & Drainage MODERATE
North & South Laterals | Driveway Connections
- Clean two (2) 30"x19" pipes connecting ponds (camera inspection by Pipe Restoration Systems)
- Grade laterals to proposed drainage elevations
- Sod both laterals with St. Augustine sod
- Adjust/relocate bubblers and M.E.S. to match proposed grades
- Stake limits of proposed regrading areas per plan
Alternate Bid: Cleaning the drainage sewer system in driveways connecting ponds with laterals (requested by owner)
Site Work & Erosion Control THROUGHOUT
All Areas | Project-Wide
- Install Type III silt fence around all work zones per FDOT Erosion & Sediment Control Manual
- Install inlet protection at all stormwater inlets
- Establish stabilized access and stockpile protection
- Daily site cleaning Monday-Friday (blow and clean)
- Equipment staging nightly in designated area
- Port-o-let placement secured away from drainage paths
- Underground private locates at all digging sites (GPRS)
- Grade stakes, top of bank stakes, and as-builts (Land Precision)
- PPE required: Hardhats, steel toe shoes, reflective vests, matching company shirts
- Pavers removed during work to be kept by owner

- Clean sand (SP or SW), less than 5% passing No. 200, non-plastic, free of organics
Note: Provide clean sand suitable for drainage with high permeability. Uniform sand preferred.
